Abstract
¡¡¡¡As an important equipment in the fields of home appliances, biomedical, agricultural, scientific research, small refrigerator use compressors as their cooling source mostly at present. Small refrigerators with cooling source of traditional compressors often have problems, such as loud noise, difficulty in adjusting dimensions, leakage of refrigerant and complicated structure. The appearance of the semiconductor refrigerator technology solves the above problems well. The semiconductor refrigerator chip realizes the refrigeration by the Peltier effect of the PN-type semiconductor, so it has advantages of small volume, no mechanical movement, environment friendly and control easil.
¡¡¡¡In this paper, a new type of refrigerator is designed based on Arduino microcontroller using semiconductor refrigeration technology. Firstly, according to the functional requirements and technical indicators, the overall scheme of the semiconductor refrigerator is designed. The design of the whole refrigerator is pided into mechanical structure, temperature control system and human-computer interaction. The design of mechanical structure is mainly to complete the design of insulation box and refrigeration device. The design of the temperature control system is to control the PWM£¨Pulse Width Modulation£© output of different duty cycles through the positional PID algorithm, and then adjusting the power of the refrigerator through the drive circuit, so as to achieve the goal of precise temperature control. The human-computer interaction design is pided into the design of the Internet of Things £¨IOT£© system and the design of the Labview temperature acquisition system. The design of IOT system is established based on WiFi module by using TCP as transport layer protocol to setup the connection between cloud server and the home router. Wireless data transmission, remote data monitoring, reverse control are realized after IOT system proceeded successful. Finally, the temperature data can be synchronously collected, displayed, and plotted through the display control, waveform control, virtual buttons, after PC can communicates with MCU through serial port, and the parameter values in the target temperature and PID algorithm can be adjusted and displayed in real time.
¡¡¡¡A physical platform is built and tested based on the above design. The experiment results show that the semiconductor refrigerator designed in this paper meet the design requirements. Compared with traditional refrigerators, IOT technology is introduced, which has the function of remote data monitoring and reverse control, and further improves the intelligence of refrigerators. In addition, the Labview temperature monitoring system designed in this paper can adjust the parameters in the PID control algorithm of the slave computer through the virtual button of the master computer, which can avoid the tedious adjustment of the parameter by modifying the bottom code in the process of adjusting the PID parameters, and improve the efficiency of adjusting the parameters of the PID.
