                    Abstract

                    ¡¡¡¡The measurement and adjustment of the axis swing of the hydropower unit is one of the important processes for the installation and maintenance of the unit. At present, the collection, recording and calculation of the measurement data of the axis motor of the hydropower unit are performed manually. The efficiency is low, the error is large, time-consuming and laborious, which directly affects the quality of the axis adjustment.

                    ¡¡¡¡To this end, this paper has developed a set of axis swing calculation and analysis system using modern sensor technology, virtual instrument technology, communication technology and computer technology.

                    ¡¡¡¡Firstly, the high-precision laser sensor and fiber-optic sensor are used instead of the dial indicator. LabVIEW builds the disc adjustment calculation system, and realizes the rapid and accurate measurement of the unit axis swing by the single-chip microcomputer and the wireless communication module and the system. The measurement and analysis system performs the simulation test on the spindle of the school model, obtains a large number of simulated vehicle measurement data, analyzes the abnormality of the analog measurement data by the least squares method, corrects the abnormal data, and applies a large amount of measurement data. The BP neural network is trained to obtain the trained BP neural network model. The model has good practicability for the measured data of the hydropower station, and can accurately predict the adjustment calculation result. Finally, the type of the tortuosity state of the unit axis and its judgment basis are analyzed. The trained neural network model is used to judge the tortuous state of the unit axis, and then the 3D demonstration model and the fold line display of the hydropower unit shafting system presented by the system are displayed.

                    ¡¡¡¡The system has good feasibility and important application value, not only can accurately predict the swing of the vehicle measurement data, but also provide theoretical support for maintenance field adjustment calculation.
