¡¡¡¡¹Ø¼ü´Ê£ºÏÔÊ¾Ãæ°å£»VCR ¼Èëϵͳ£»µ¥Æ¬»ú£»PLC
ABSTRACT
¡¡¡¡With the development of semiconductor manufacturing technology, organic light emitting diode £¨OLED£© display panels for wearable electronic devices have emerged. Each display panel is marked with a unique production identification number, and the identification number is recorded by the manufacturer for the convenience of handling potential complaints from the customers. The identification number of domestic display panels are mainly record by manually. Manual recording is a simple and flexible way, but the reject rate of the display panel is high and the operator brings uncontrollable production risks to the production line. Aiming to solve this problem, an automatic visual code read £¨VCR£© record system is developed based on a singlechip microcomputer and a programmable logic controller £¨PLC£©¡£ The proposed system can record the identification numbers of multiple display panels that lies in a certain tray at one time. Compared with the one by one method in the manual record, the proposed system shows higher efficiency. The developed system also eliminates possible bumps when picking and placing the display panel from the tray, thereby reducing the product rejection rate. The developed system has a visual Human Machine Interface £¨HMI£© interface with which the operator can easily modify the process parameters of the recording process. Experiments show that the system has good safety, stability and accuracy.
¡¡¡¡At the first, the technical scheme and technical parameters of the manual VCR record system are studied in this thesis. The functions and performance indicators of the target automatic VCR record system are concretized. Secondly, the total demands of the automatic system are split into the hardware parts and the software parts, inspired by the idea of modular design. The hardware part mainly includes the workbench, the power supply circuit and the control circuit. The software part is exactly the programsthat run on the one-chip computer and PLC. The detail design of the hardware components and the development of the software program are performed, after drawing the structure and scheme of the software part and the hardware part. Finally, a prototype is fabricated and tested with experiments.
